Whether it's full-body flexibility, or a dream trick or shape that you know is beyond your ability to reach within a 1 to 2 month time frame, this 'Long Haul' customized training program is for those of you with ***long term*** goals.

For the student looking to increase their overall active and passive flexibility in their shoulders & upper back, lower back & hips, front splits, middle splits, and balances – or goal tricks and shapes that need a longer trajectory of training - this program is a long-arc format which involves ***multiple*** check-ins over the course of a 3 to 4 month period.

Your program includes:

- A full-body flexibility program covering both active flexibility and passive stretches, overview materials for *your* specific goal, photos, and video support where relevant to make sure your understanding of your drills is crystal clear

- ONE 60-minute virtual orientation session: a live, online lesson with Ess where you review the drills and exercises in your assigned flexibility program

- ***THREE*** 30-minute follow-up appointment to discuss progress and pitfalls and evaluate next steps – intended to be used approx. 1x every 1 to 2 months.

This focused, individualized flexibility program is ideal for the independent student with discipline & self-direction. You will receive your customized flexibility program within 2 weeks of completing the INTAKE FORM which will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days of purchase.
The Full Body Flexibility package expires 6 months after purchase.

Targeted Training: Custom Flexibility Program - $200 USD

Select ***ONE*** goal shape or trick towards which the drills and exercises in your customized training plan are tailored. This flexibility program is designed to aid you in a focused effort to improve one specific area of your flexibility over the course of 1 to 2 months. (E.g. Bridge, forearmstand/scorpion, middle splits, or shoulder flexibility would all be acceptable goals for the focus of your program)

Your program includes:

- 15 to 20 drills relevant to achieving your ONE goal trick or goal shape
- relevant anatomical and biomechanical explanations & reminders
- ONE 60-minute virtual orientation session: a live, online lesson with Ess where you review the drills and exercises in your assigned flexibility program
- ONE 30-minute follow-up appointment after 1 month to discuss progress and pitfalls and evaluate next steps

This focused, individualized short flexibility program is ideal for the independent student with discipline & self-direction. You will receive your customized flexibility program within 2 weeks of signing up for this package. The Targeted Training package expires 60 days after purchase.
