After completing an initial 60-minute health coaching session with your health coach, you are eligible to schedule 30-minute follow-up sessions.
This health coaching package gives you 3 follow-up 30-minute sessions to check in, address obstacles, and refine your wellness plan and goals as needed. Most clients find it helpful to meet with their coach every 2 to 4 weeks depending on their health goals.
